Dr. Ramirez was born and raised in Laredo, having graduated from St. Augustine High School in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern University at Georgetown, TX, and a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA), where he also completed an internship in the department of surgery. Dr. Ramirez then remained at UTHSCSA to complete his residency in urology.
